Creating An Open Source DCMS Based On PhP

The aim of this projevt is to build an open source Dental CMS ( Online Dental Contetnt Managment System)

A Dental content management system (DCMS) is a collection of procedures used to manage dental work flow in a collaborative environment. This procedure is designed to: * Allow for a large number of dental practitioner to contribute to and share stored data and projects * Control access to data, based on user roles. User roles define what information each user can view or edit * Aid in easy storage and retrieval of data * Reduce repetitive duplicate input * Improve the ease of report writing * Improve communication between users * Improve SEO and SEF ( search engine optimization )

Its a fabulous idea to start a dental content management software. Currently I have put up a website that is using Joomla as a cms. I think joomla is good enough. There is need to develop modules that interest dentistry. So can we start? but how. We need to discuss it.
